Abstract

PURPOSE: To achieve the improvement in cleaning characteristic, solvent resistance and durability by forming a photoconductive layer composed of amorphous silicon on a substrate and an insulation layer on said layer through hot melting and coating of thermoplastic resin of melting temperature 200°C or more.
CONSTITUTION: For example, a stainless steel drum 1 is fixed in the specified position of the fixing member 3 in a glow discharge accumulation chamber, away from a heater 4.
