Abstract

PURPOSE: To reduce a stationary error in surface potential measurement by a simple method by grounding the inversion input terminal of an operational amplifier, constituting the final-stage non-inversion amplifier of a high-tension control circuit, through a high resistance.
CONSTITUTION: Output voltage Vg of a negative feedback alternating-current type surface electrometer is applied to the non-inversion input terminal of operational amplifier OP5 of high-tension control circuit F and its inversion input terminal is connected to an output terminal through resistance r5 and diode D and also to ground G through resistance R5 so as to a non-inversion amplifier while resistance R0 is interposed between the inversion input terminal and earth to obtain a circuit for stationary error reduction. Then, transistors Tr1 and Tr2 are driven by its output Vs to obtain high-tension output Vh. As a result, a stationary error in surface potential measurement can greatly be reduced and its measurement accuracy can be improved.
