Abstract

PURPOSE: To make it possible to generate power at a nearly fixed rate regardless of the strength of wind, by connecting the drive shafts of wind-driven impeller blocks to one main shaft via clutch-fitted transmission means and connecting this main shaft to a power generator.
CONSTITUTION: When wind blows from the direction of arrow X in the drawing, each vane 1,... of each impeller block 8 is rotated in the direction of arrow Y.
