Abstract
PURPOSE: To improve cleaning performance, mass-producibility, and the like by coating a part or the whole of the chamber inside surface with an inorganic heat- resisting paint comprising at least one catalytically active compound contained in a base material which is an inorganic paint containing a silicate, hardener, and pigments.
CONSTITUTION: A part or the whole of the chamber inside surface is coated with an inorganic heat-resisting paint comprising at least one catalytically active compound, selected from the groups (A) and (B) described below, contained in a base material which is an inorganic paint containing a silicate, hardener, and pigments. Group (A) consists of the oxides of elements of group IA or IIA of the periodic table, while group (B) consists of the compounds which contain the oxides of group (A) and are represented by the formula: (MA)x(MB)y(O)z, where MA represents an element of group IA or IIA, MB represents an element of group IIIB or IVB, O represents oxygen, and x, y, and z are integral numbers. As group (A) is used Na2O, K2O, CaO, or MgO; as group (B) is used a compound wherein MA is Na, K, Ca, or Mg, and MB is C, Si, or Al.
