Abstract
PURPOSE:To provide a uniform coating layer through prevention of nonuniformity due to variations in powder fluidity by a mechanism wherein a power diffusing plate is installed to the outside of the nozzle edge to increase the amount of deposited powder. CONSTITUTION:The nozzle edge 2 is detachably fixed to the nozzle body 1 by the screw 3. The nozzle edge 2 is attached with the 12 powder injection holes 4 with diameter 1.2-2.0mm. The nozzle edge 2 is further provided with the powder diffusing plate 5 of ceramic cone having an opening angle of 60 deg.-130 deg.. The screw 6 is fixed to the electrode 6 connected to the nozzle body to form a uniform electric field applied across the burner. If a poorly fluid powder needs to be uniformly coated on the internal of a fluorescent tube, high speed powder is once dispersed by being injected to the powder disperser 8 which is attached to the internal of the nozzle edge 2 by screw 6. In this manner, coating powder is uniformly distributed, making the film thickness uniform.
