Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain a metallic film layer with a smooth mirror surface by forming a film layer composed of organic material on a film layer made by adding silane adhesives to a coloring material at a necessary position on the interal surface of a face plate.
CONSTITUTION: A fluorescent surface 1 is formed on the internal surface of a face 2, a solution 11 which contains water-soluble silane as an adhesive agent in a coloring material is sprayed by a spray gun and the fluorescent face 1 is formed so that it can take coloring difference between its center and side wall part 21. Then a solution 4 composed of organic material is sprayed rotating the fluorescent face, dried and the coated film layer 6 is formed. Therefore the coloring material is not too thinly coated to run out. The temperature of the face plate including the side wall part 21 is uniform, a good film layer can be obtained. Though metallic coating is carried out with aluminium and so forth and baked it does not contain blisters and shows an excellent quality.
