Abstract

PURPOSE:To miniaturize liquid injection apparatus and also to drive it with low voltage by injecting liquid of pressure chamber by providing an electricity-machine converter to the thinner portion of pressure plate. CONSTITUTION:Pressure plate is provided with the thin thick concavity 218, and the thin thick concavity 218 is provided with the electricity-machine convertors 207 to 211. When applying voltage to the electricity-machine convrtors 207 to 211, the pressurized portion 212 is bent and the liquid introduced from the liquid supply path 206 to the pressure chambers 213 to 217 is pressurized and injected from the liquid nozzles 201 to 205. The pressure portion 212, having a thin thickness, is apt to be bent, and thus the rise of internal pressure at low voltage is made possible and the miniaturization of the convertor is made possible.
