Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain an optimum cooling water quantity corresponding to the operating condition of steam turbine by controlling the blade opening of a pump allowing a cooling water flow signal to act as an element precedent.
CONSTITUTION: The signal set by a cooling water temperature rise system 21 in conjunction with the actual temperature rise value which is obtained from a drain exit temperature detector 22, a water inlet temperature detector, and a temperature differential arithmetic unit 27 is entered into deviation arithmetic unit 28 causing to emerge a temperature differential deviation signal, allowing the signal thereof to give a signal of the cooling water quantity at the cooling water quantity arithmetic unit 30, the signal of which is added to the cooling water quantity precedent signal and the adder 37, and gives CWP blade opening command signal corresponding to the operation conditions of CWP operation units and the like by means of CWP operation conditions input unit 40 with the CWP (cooling water pump) blade opening arithmetic unit 39. The blade opening command signal controls automatically the CWP blade driving units 47A, 47B with the deviation arithmetic units 43A, 43B and the CWP blade opening detecting units 48A, 48B.
