Abstract

PURPOSE:To protect a heat sensitive printer from coloring ununiformity with a simple and cheap device without using a stabilization circuit by detecting the fluctuation of supply voltage and controlling applying time in response to its detected signal. CONSTITUTION:In a heat sensitive printer using a DC power source heating head the fluctuation of supply voltage is detected and the applying time to an exothermic element is controlled in response to its detected signal. In reference to detection of voltage fluctuation it is preferrable to detect the difference between the supply voltage and the reference voltage using an operational amplifier and a non-linear element.
