Abstract
PURPOSE:To manufacture the integrated coil for recording of high density and integration, by a plurality of coils via the insulation layer, covering in spiral the circumference of the core wires with the conductor layer. CONSTITUTION:On the surface of the core wire 2 consisting of raw material having high magnetic permeability such as plastic and glass, the layer of uniform conductor 3A and the negative type photo sensitive resin layer 15 are sequentially formed, and after exposing and developing the photo sensitive resin layer 15 in spiral, the conductor 3A is etched to provide the groove 5 in spiral, and the coil 4 is obtained by forming the spiral conductor layer on the external circumference of the core wire 2 (Fig. a). Further, on the circumference of the drum 6, the said coil 4 is adhered to wind it up, and the coils are bonded with adhesives (Fig. b).
