Abstract
PURPOSE:To use a small number of transistors to realize a circuit which switches different input signals and takes out them, by taking out input signals in a form of emitter follower. CONSTITUTION:When the control signal at terminal 3 is H-level, Tr3 becomes non-conductive because transistor Tr5 performs saturation operation. Therefore, since the resistance across the collector and the emitter of Tr1 becomes large sufficiently in comparison with resistance R9, a voltage determined by resistances R7 and R9 is applied to the emitter of Tr1, and Tr1 becomes non-conductive by selecting resistances R1 and R2. Consequently, signals applied to input terminal 1 are broken and do not appear at output terminal 4. Meanwhile, Tr4 performs saturation operation, and Tr2 operates in an active region at a bias value determined by resistances R3 and R4, so that signals applied to input terminal 2 can be taken out from output terminal 4 with a low impedance.
