Abstract

PURPOSE: To remove the tail producing element by suctioning air stream through a mechanism that a suction port is formed at a portion near to at least both edges of fan shaped jet stream injected from airless type spray nozzle.
CONSTITUTION: A nozzle body 1 of an airless type spray apparatus injecting pressurized liquid in fan shaped form is inserted into a front side portion of a holder 6 having a flange 5 attatched at the rear end thereof and fixed in a liquid tight condition by a surpressing element 7. And an annular trough 8 is formed on an outer peripheral side thereof at a position near to the front edge of a holder 6 and a suction port 9, 9 which communicates with an annular trough 8 is opened at the innerside corresponding to both ends of a trough 3 in a nozzle. On a peripheral surface of a holder 6, a connecting element 11 having a suction passage 10 is installed and pressurized liquid is injected from a nozzle jet opening 4 by communicating a suction means with a suction passage 10 while atmospheric air is suctioned through a suction port 9, 9. By this constitution, tail producing element t easily generated at both ends of fan shaped jet stream F from a jet opening 4 is erased by suction air stream which countercurrently contacts with flight direction of tail.
