Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent printing deviation by preventing the disturbance of air flow produced near the printing point. CONSTITUTION:A suction path 11 having a discharge port 9 of torus form concentrical to a nozzle 1 and a suction port 10 of concentrical torus form of tha air discharge path 8 around an ink jet body 2 is formed to a head frame 3. Then, when a compressed air source 13 operates, the compressed air passes through the air discharge path 8 and is discharged through the discharge port 9 and at the same time it passes through the suction port 10 and is drawn into the suction path 11 before it impinges upon a printing face 15, after which it is returned to the compressed air source 13 thus only the slight air is injected through the nozzle 1 and impinges together with the ink drops upon the printing face 15. Hence, the perpendicular jet flow to the printing face 15 does not occur and the printing deviation caused when the state of the fluid near the normal dropping position of the ink being injected without the air flow becomes unstable is prevented.
