CONSTITUTION:When printing is stopped, an ink tank 9 is located at a lower portion to an ink chamber 5, and fixed so that the chamber be brought to a negative pressure condition, and a meniscus is formed to ink 10 at the side inner than a nose of an injection nozzle 4. When printing, printing electric signals are inputted while the tank 9 is located at a position upper than the ink chamber 5, the inside of the ink chamber 5 is brought to a positive pressure condition, and a meniscus is made up at the side outer than the nose of the nozzle 4.
