Abstract
PURPOSE: To convert the recovered heat to the compressed air for use of combustion of the hot blast stove, and also to utilize this recovered heat for the driving source of the generator, etc., in order to contrive the reduction of heat loss, by installing the electric driven facility so as to be a pair with the heat exchanger for recovering the heat of exhaust gas.
CONSTITUTION: The heat exchanger 3 installed in the concentrated flue 1 is actuated while the hot blast stove is burning, and thus recovered heat is sent to the turbine 4. Hereupon, the pressure is changed so as to vaporize the Freon gas which then drives the turbine 4. Hereby, the medium recycling pump 7, the blower 8 for burning the hot blast stove, and the generator 6 are actuated, and the compressed air for combustion is sent into the combustion chamber 9. The medium is liquefied in the condenser 5 and is recycled to the heat exchanger 3 by the pump 7. When the heat is being recovered by the heat exchanger 3, the medium is liquefied through the heat exchange, so that the heat recovery from the gas to the liquid is carried out at high efficiency.
