Abstract

PURPOSE: To preserve environment from the effluent high temperature water and to reduce the size of a gasifying device by uning the high temperature waste water issued from a steam condenser for heating a gasifying device.
CONSTITUTION: Exhaust steam 12 of a steam turbine 11 is cooled and condensed by cooling water 5 at a condenser 13 and issued as condensation 14. The cooling water 5 is heated by heat exchange with the exhaust steam 12 at the condenser 13 and delivered as high temperature drain 6. A part or all of the high temperature drain 7 is supplied to a gasifier 3 for using as heating water for the liquefied gas re-gasifying apparatus. Liquefied gas is supplied from a liquefied gas tank 1 to the gasifier 3 where the liquefied gas is heated by the heating water 7 to be gasified and delivered from a part 4. The heating water 7 loses heat by the heat exchange with the liquefied gas 2 and drained as drain 8 of a lower temperature.
