Abstract

PURPOSE: To readily form and assemble a magnetic circuit in a motor by inserting a cylindrical auxliary pole having cutout for preventing magnetic flux from shorting into a salient pole of a stator of the motor to thereby correct the strain of the magnetic field in the motor.
CONSTITUTION: A coil 6 wound on a spool is inserted into a salient pole 8 of a stator 10 in a motor with a shaft 11 provided at a rotor 9. An auxiliary poel 15 having a cutout 14 is provided between the stator 10 and the rotor 9 to thereby correct the strain of the magnetic field in the motor and to then improve the efficiency of the motor. As laminate material of the pole 15 is employed a iron magnetic crystal material sintered from a mixture of pure iron powder with at least 0.5-5% by weight of at least one selected from the group consisting of silicon, titanium and vanadium and having high permeability and large specific resistance. Thus, it can provide high dimensional accuracy to thereby readily form and assemble a magnetic circuit in the motor.
