Abstract

PURPOSE: To form an excellent black hole, by separately exfoliating a photosensitive polymer film and a non-luminous photo-absorbing film coated on the photosensitive portion by using each another fixed solution as exfoliating agents for exfoliating said both films.
CONSTITUTION: As a solution for removing or swelling a photosensitive polymer film that is not sensitized, yet, at least one kind among a group of hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, sulfuric acid, hypochlorous acid, sulfamic acid, oxalic acid aqueous ammonia, a caustic soda solution and hydrogen peroxide water are used. As a solution that swells non-luminous absorbing matter coated on a photosensitive portion of the photosensitive polymer film, water of hydrogen peroxide is employed. These films are each exfoliated separately. Such treatment does not damage the non-luminous absorbing film directly applied on an inner surface of a face plate, and can form an excellent black hole.
