Abstract
PURPOSE:To let the mold be cured rapidly by the electromagnetic waves guided by a conductor by burying a circular cylindrical conductor in the mold material contained in the metal sleeve in split patterns. CONSTITUTION:A metal-made sleeve 5 is contained in the through-hole 2 of the split patterns 1 of less induction loss. Next, the through-holes 5a, 5b thereof are aligned to the respective concave notches 3, 4 of the split pattern 1. Casting material is then packed in the sleeve 5 and concave notches 3, 4 and a circular cylindrical central conductor is buried in the central position thereof so as to protrude from the upper part of the mold material. In this way, artificial coaxial lines are formed to the central conductor 6 and sleeve 5 by the electromagnetic waves of the radiation part a of the high frequency oscillator. Then, the mold material is heated from the inside and cures, whereby the integral mold including the metal-made sleeve 5 is rapidly formed.
