Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent deterioration in quality of a molded product by unifying a temperature distribution of the surface of a cavity side of a core by raising the temperature easily even in a circumferential part of the core by providing a heating device on a core side wall of a mold. CONSTITUTION:To enable the title mold to raise a temperature up to a circumferential part of a core by providing an induction heating coil 9 on side walls of the cores 5, 6 as a heating device. When the induction heating coil 9 is wound round the side walls of the cores 5, 6 and a AC current is applied to the same through a terminal pulled out of the same with a high-frequency oscillator for induction heating, the cores 5, 6 are heated through a principle of induction heating. A temperature of the surface of a cavity side can be made uniform by raising the temperature easily even in the circumferential part of the core and a molded product of favorable form can be obtained, by providing the induction heating coil on the side wall of the core in this manner.
