CONSTITUTION:A fixed mold 1 and a movable mold 2 are divided at the horizontal split surface 26, resin is poured from the filling port 9 into the space formed by the outer circumference of a central tube 14 and the fixed and movable molds 1 and 2, and exhausted from an exhaust port 10. The filling port 9 and the exhaust port 10 are formed in such a manner that their longitudinal sectional area is formed in a conical longitudinal sectional form with a large lateral sectional area on the interior of the mold and a small lateral sectional area on the exterior of the mold.
