Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce the surplus portion of the molded electromagnetic coil by a method wherein the split surface of the coil molding mold is placed horizontally on the molding coil shaftline and the shape of the filling port and the exhaust port provided on the mold are formed into a conical-shaped section. CONSTITUTION:A fixed mold 1 and a movable mold 2 are divided at the horizontal split surface 26, resin is poured from the filling port 9 into the space formed by the outer circumference of a central tube 14 and the fixed and movable molds 1 and 2, and exhausted from an exhaust port 10. The filling port 9 and the exhaust port 10 are formed in such a manner that their longitudinal sectional area is formed in a conical longitudinal sectional form with a large lateral sectional area on the interior of the mold and a small lateral sectional area on the exterior of the mold.
