Abstract

CONSTITUTION:Desired moled product is obtained by transferring preheated resin- tablet 15 to mold cavity portion 17 by plunger 6. During this procedure, resin pressure is measured by pressure sensor 7, the outputted signal is amplified at the amplifier 11 while the displacement of plunger is measured by the strain gauge 8, the outputted signal is differentiated at the differentiator 9. Then, the quotient P/V, wherein P is resin pressure and V is plunger speed, is calculated at the quotient calculator 10. P/V is compared with the value preset at the comparing and memory circuit 12. Based upon the compared value, heating temp. of the resin- tablet 15 at the preheater 13 is controlled.
