Abstract
PURPOSE:To produce a precise structure component in a high dimension tolerance, by a method wherein a state of molten resin in a pressure-holding process ia always watched, and the pressure and flow of a hydraulic oil fed to an injection cylinder is adjusted properly. CONSTITUTION:A molten resin pressure in a cavity 6 is detected by means of a pressure sensor 8, and is amplified by a pressure transducer 9. Displacement of a screw 2 is detected by a displacement sensor 10, and is amplified by a displacement transducer 11. In the meantime, an injection speed pattern and a mold inside pressure action, which are previously specified, are set. A deviation is found in such a manner as computes by comparison of input signals from the sensors 8 and 10 with the respective set inputs to setting means 13, 14, 15, 16, and 17. A correction control signal is sent from a controller 12 corresponding to said deviation, said signal being amplified by a power amplifier 18. This causes a proper control of the pressure and flow of a hydraulic oil fed to an injection cylinder 3.
