Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a molding having a stable optical properties and a good shape accuracy by controlling a filling process and the pressure of molten resin in a pressure-keeping and cooling process according to the state of the molten resin by provid ing a detecting part, an arithmetic unit, and a controller. CONSTITUTION:In an injection speed control process, the speed pattern of an injection screw 7 is controlled by a controller 17, and a filling pressure control process is started by a signal of the end of the injection speed control process. The inside pressure of a mold is controlled in such a way that it follows the filling pressure rise ingredient previously set in a filling pressure setter 15.
