Abstract
PURPOSE: To form colored pattern on the surface of Al, by coloring forming anodic oxidation film or carrying out coloring treatment together with anodic oxidation film forming treatment, after forming the pattern on the surface by carrying out electrolytic treatment of Al in acid bath containing chlorine.
CONSTITUTION: Etching treatment of Al or Al alloy is carried out by caustic soda water solution and neutralization treatment is carried out after fat is removed by nitric acid water solution and is washed with water. Next, electrolizing treatment is carried out in the water solution containing tartaric acid; 30g/l, hydrochloric acid (12N); 15ml/l and potassium hydroxide at 1.2 of pH, 35°C of liquid temperature and AC 45V of voltage for 90 seconds. Many fine linear patterns are revealed on the surface of Al. Anodic oxidation treatment of the above Al is carried out at the following conditions, sulfuric acid; 5g/l and sulfosalicylic acid; 100g/l at 25°C bath temperature and 2A/dm2 DC. Colored film having amber colored pattern, is formed on the surface of Al.
