CONSTITUTION:When the temperature of the furnace 11 is lower than the warmth keeping temperature and the tracking command from the condition discriminating circuit 9 is put off, the tracking controller 4 executes ordinary PID control action, and the temperature is raised following to the heat-up curve similar to the curve being set in the program setter 5. In the meantime, the arithmetic circuit 6 detects and operates the flow rate of fuel at every furnace temperature depending on outputs of the furnace temperature detector 7 and the flow rate detector 2; on the other hand, the arithmetic circuit 6 takes in the outside temperature from the output of the outside temperature detector 8, and operates the flow rate of fuel necessary to keep warmth at the warmth keeping temperature. When the furnace temperature rises up and the tracking command from the circuit 9 is put on, the controller 4 inputs the flow rate of fuel to keep warmth as the aim flow rate into the flow rate controller 1. As a result, the flow rate of fuel can be controlled to a specified value.
