Abstract

PURPOSE:To make it possible to realize optimum temperature controls on a nozzle part and on a cylinder part respectively by a method wherein the periods of temperature controls on the nozzle part and on the cylinder part are made different from each other so as to make the periods of the temperature controls on the nozzle part and on the cylinder part optimum in response to the heat capacities of the respective parts. CONSTITUTION:In a common RAM 18, set temperature on the respective heating zones of a heating cylinder 2 and on a nozzle 4 part are set in response to molding material used by a MDI/CRT 20. When an injection molder is put into operation, a CPU 12 for PMC starts the temperature controls in the heating cylinder 2, on a cylinder head 3 and on the nozzle 4 by predetermined periods respectively. In this case, the periods of temperature controls on the respective heating zones of the heating cylinder 2 and of the cylinder head 3, the heat capacities of which are larger than that of the nozzle 4 part, are set longer than the period of temperature control on the nozzle 4 part having smaller heat capacity. On the other hand, the present temperature on the nozzle 4 part is detected with a thermocouple TH1 at the period, which is shorter than that of the temperature controls on the respective heating zones of the heating cylinder 2 and of the cylinder head 3, so as to perform operation on PID action by comparing with the set temperature set in the common RAM 18 in order to perform temperature control by heating a band heater B1.
