Abstract
PURPOSE:To simply constitute a lead-out terminal, by such method that, a cylindrical part, with an opening constructed on the top face, a penetration hole in the bottom face and a slotted groove in the side wall, be provided in the cap of electrolytic bath main unit, with a connection made between the plate and the external terminal through the penetration hole and the groove, and a seal material injected by using the metal mold. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical part 4, with an opening provided on its top face further with a penetration hole 5 on its bottom face and a groove 10 constructed having a slot 11 in the side wall, is provided in a cap 2, made of polypropylene, of an electrolytic bath main unit 1. And a electrode lead-out material 3 is penetrated through the penetration hole 5 and inserted into the cylindrical part 4. And a terminal cnductor 8 is arranged on the slotted groove 10, with its one end connected to the electrode lead-out material 3, and its another end led out to the side of the cap 2 crossing across the side wall of the cylindrical part 4 and the side of the cap 2. Subsequently, a portion from the opening of the cylindrical part 4 to outside end face of the slot 11 of the groove 10 is enclosed by a forming metal mold 15, and a seal material 9, of the same kind as the cap material, is processed an injection molding to make a sealing. Accordingly, the terminal lead- out portion can be simply constructed.
