Abstract

PURPOSE:To permit a high strength bonding by supersonic wave as well as eliminate the oval deformation of electrolytic bath by providing a L-shaped thin part at the opening of electrolytic bath and also a tapered cylinder at the lower part of a cover. CONSTITUTION:The opening portion of the electrolytic bath 4 of a synthetic thermoplastic resin is provided with the sectionally L-shaed thin part formed by notching a part of the inside surface in a ring form, and also the peripheral lower part of the cover 5 of a synthetic thermoplastic resin is provided with the cylinder 9 with the tapered portion 8. When the cover 5 is pushed into the circularly deformed opening portion of the electrolytic bath 4, the tapered portion 8 is first touched with the inside tip of the thin part 7 to push the part 7 toward the outside and then the circular opening portion is corrected to a real circular form and the cylinder 9 enters into the thin part 7. Thus, a high strength bonding can be attained at the sealed portion by supersonic wave.
