Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of noise due to the reference voltage and to enable to avoid the distortion of signal waveform and delay in transmission, by constituting that the receiver circuit and the reference voltage generation circuit are mounted on separate IC chips. CONSTITUTION:The unit consists of the driver circuit 51, receiver circuit 52 receiving two signals in complementary relation as input signal, and the reference voltage generation circuit 56 mounted on the separate IC chip 56 as the IC chip 55 in which the circuit 52 is mounted. With this constitution, even if a greater load is connected to the output of the circuit 52 and greater noise is produced in the power supply in the chip 55 at the switching of the circuit 52, since the circuit 54 is mounted on the separate chip 56, no noise is produced to the reference voltage 53. Further, since the circuit 54 drives a number of receiver circuits, the number of signal lines is not increased as conventonally.
