Abstract

PURPOSE: To make it possible to form a wire loop low, by providing an adjustable piece which moves horizontally by inertia with the predetermined distance between bonding tool and clamper.
CONSTITUTION: Between bonding tool 22 of the bonding device and clamper 32 is placed adjustable piece 44, in the center of which wire 21 passes through guide hole 43, and which moves horizontally in the distance between two points of bonding by the inertia of the horizontal movement of bonding tool 22. At the time of bonding, wire 21 is clamped by the clamper before the horizontal movement of bonding tool 22 stops. By this, a wire loop can be formed low and the yield in the molding process can be improved.
