Abstract
PURPOSE:To determine the temperature of the member to be determined in temperature with high accuracy with respect to the change of wide range of outside of the temperature sensitive cylinder by secondarily compensating the output of thermocouple in the temperature sensitive cylinder. CONSTITUTION:In the temperature sensitive cylinder 1, there are provided an optical system comprising an opetical filter 2 and a conical mirror 3 and a conversion system comprising a thermocouple 4, primary compensating circuit R1 and a secondary compensating circuit R2. In the circuit R2, a nickel wire resistor 5 is connected between the conductors connected to the cold junctions B, B' of the thermocouple 4. The circuit R2 is constituted by connecting a nickel wire resistor 7 to the point B. The output of the conversion system is supplied to voltmeter 9. The change in temperature of the warm junction A generated in accordance with the temperature change in the temperature sensitive cylinder 1 during the high temperature determination is compensated by the resistor 5 and error in the change of temperature of the warm junction A and the temperature change in cold junction B generated during the low temperature determination are compensated by the resistor 7.
