Abstract
Изобретение относитс к области измерени температур с помощью термопреобразователей сопротивлени и позвол ет повысить быстродействие при измерени х криогенных температур. По сигналу блока 11 переключени каналов термопреобразователь 1 сопротивлени выбранного канала подключаетс к выходу корректора 15 через эталонное сопротивление 16, ключ 10, сопротивление искрозащиты и провода линии св зи. Одновременно термопреобразователь подключаетс к входу первого измерительного усилител 12. Напр жение с выходов измерительных усилителей поступает на входы сумматора 13, с выхода которого - на инвертирующий вход сумматора 14. Сигнал с выхода усилител 18 преобразовываетс аналого-цифровым преобразователем и поступает на вход вычислительного блока 20 с индикатором. В вычислительном блоке по результатам измерени определ етс величина сопротивлени термопреобразовател 1. 2 ил.The invention relates to the field of temperature measurement using resistance thermocouples and allows to increase the response speed when measuring cryogenic temperatures. In the computing unit, the resistance value of the thermocouple generator is determined from the measurement results.
