Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain a decorative laminated sheet with compact surface and large embossment through a simple process which comprises applying a high magnification foam resin and a low magnification foam resin to foam at temperatures higher than that on a base sheet and then heating and foaming.
CONSTITUTION: A high magnification foam resin 3 is applied on the surface of a base sheet 1 with the first applying device 2, and then a low magnification foam resin 5 is applied thereon with the second applying device 4. In this case the high magnification foam resin 3 uses that of foaming at temperatures lower than the low magnification foam resin 5. After formation of a foam resin layer 3a through getting the high magnification foam resin 3 foamy in the first heating device 6, a low magnification foam resin layer 5a is formed on the surface of high magnification foam resin layer 3a through getting the low magnification foam resin 5 foamy in the second heating device 7 to obtain a decorative laminated sheet A. In this case, the first heating device 6 is kept lower in temperature than the second heating device 7, thereby keeping the low magnification foam resin 5 from foaming in the first heating device 6.
