CONSTITUTION: On LPE magnetic thin film 3 formed on substrate 2 of Gd-Ga- garnet, 1st spacer layer 4, conductor pattern 5, 2nd spacer layer 5, bubble transfer permalloy pattern 7, and protective layer 8 are stacked in sequence to form a magnetic bubble chip. On the surface at the side of substrate 2, heat dissipation layer 11 made of a material such as Cu excellent in thermal conductivity is provided. Consequently, since the total thickness of layer 4, thin film 3 and substrate 2 interposing between pattern 5 and layer 11 is less, heat locally generated on pattern is conducted effectively to layer 11 via layer 4, thin film 3 and substrate 2 and then disspated from the entire surface of layer 11.
