Abstract
PURPOSE:To establish the oscillator low in the resonant frequency, excellent in the resonant frequency versus temperature characteristics, and not changed to the said characteristics in the adjustment of frequency, by combining a plurality of oscillations of H type crystal oscillator. CONSTITUTION:The crystal oscillator is constituted as H type as the oscillation sections 1, 2 and the combined part 3 of oscillation to combine the distribution of the oscillation displacement of the oscillation section(oscillation mode) 5 and 6 at the combined part 3 of the oscillation. Thus, the frequency versus temperature characteristics of the oscillation mode 5 is only changed by about 1 mum for the temperature change of, for example, 0 to 40 deg.C, to establish the crystal oscillator excellent in the frequency versus resonant temperature characteristics.
