Abstract
PURPOSE:To remove soot coating one on face efficiently simultaneously with cooling in good working environment by spraying cooling water on a plated steel plate which is coated with soot on one face after dipped in a plating bath. CONSTITUTION:A steel plate 1 to be plated whose non-plated face is coated with soot is passed through a plating bath 4, then, cooling water is sprayed from nozzles 9 on both faces of the plated steel plate 1. By this method, the soot coating on one face is removed completely not scattered into the air while the plate is cooled, and one face plated steel plate is manufactured without oxidizing the non-plated face.
