Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain such moldings as are fine rugged without heating or pressurizin g from external by heating to softening and vacuum-sucking an adhesive-applied dec orative sheet in a female die and then infusing a foaming polyurethane resin to foam ing and hardening.
CONSTITUTION: A decorative sheet 6 for which an adhesive is applied on one side of vinyl chloride sheet patterned as desired is fixed in such manner as will have the face applied with the adhesive opposed to a female die 7. Next, the sheet 6 is vaccum-sucked as heated to softening so taht it adheres closely to the inside of die 7, a foaming polyurethane resin 10 is infused therein, and a male die 11 is placed on it to make the resin 10 foam and harden. The decorative sheet is then made to adhere closely to the fine rugged portion of the female die and integrated with the foam molding by a foaming pressure arising from foaming and hardening of the resin and a vacuum suction from the female died, thus obtaining a fine rugged molding. From utilizing foaming heat and foaming pressure, there required is no heating nor pressurizing from external.
