Abstract
PURPOSE: A compound resin foaming material is integrally laminated in the back of a laminated leather in its surface layer and is heated for effecting pressing formation. By doing so, surface leather with profound convex and concave pattern in reduced cost, can be obtained.
CONSTITUTION: A leather 4 is composed of, by integral lamination, a flexible base cloth 1 and foaming thin layer 2 of polyurethane or acryl resin and finally a surface layer of these resins 3. Then, putting under the base cloth 1 a thick plastic compound resin foaming layer 5 for integral lamination, a seat material 6 is obtained. After that, the seat material 6 is placed in a press die cosisting of a male die 6 and a female die 8 facing the leather side 4 on the female die side 8 and then heating and pressing are effected. By doing so, desired removal from the die can be done and ane surface leather material 10 having profound convex and concave pattern in the surface (leather side 4) can be obtained.
