Abstract
PURPOSE:To provide a title device for high speed lapping-shearing by means of a band steel blade as a result of receiprocating a fragile material in a circular arc and as a result of injecting grinding particles for the duration of the shearing. CONSTITUTION:A work holder 28 is positioned at a center of a convex curving part 27a of a guide 27, and a fragile material is supported by a chuck 29 of the work holder 28. Then a band steel blade 20 falls down to come in contact with a surface of the material 1. The work holder 28 is receiprocated in a circular arc along the curving surface 27a as a result of rotating a crank wheel 30, and falling down of the blade 20 results in shearing the material. Grinding particles are injected through nozzles situated at a start side and a terminal side of the receiprocating movement, and a large amount of the grinding particles are left on a sheared surface of the material, and thus, an efficient lapping-shearing can be performed.
