Abstract
PURPOSE: To make it possible to provide a harmonized and nice taste of a sweetened miso and boiled (roasted) fish paste (kamaboko) without flowing out of the miso even on cutting, by rolling the miso wrapped in a fried or dried bean curd in a kamaboko.
CONSTITUTION: A sweetened miso wrapped in a fried or dried bean curd is rolled in ground fish meat, and boiled or roasted. A sweetned miso, e.g. a kneaded mixture of ordinary miso with sugar, other seasonings, a spice, e.g. a beefsteak plant, a bean jam or a fat and oil, may be used as the miso. A boiled, roasted ro fried fish paste may be used as the kamaboko.
