Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent disorder of arrangement upon molding and vulcanizing by a method wherein a multitude of fine wire elements are bundled and a peripheral surface thereof is covered by either one of a metallic plate, a metallic wire, a rubber covering chord or a rubber.
CONSTITUTION: A bead wire 1 is constituted with a narrow width pure annular body 2 seamless in a peripheral direction thereof and the annular body 2 as a bead wire element is manufactured by cutting a thin bandlike annular ring 3 seamless in the peripheral direction thereof into a slice of desired width. This annular body 2 is bundled at random so that respective centers thereof are never be coincided. This arrangement can be obtained by a method wherein two sets of rollers, for example, provided with a semi circular recessed grrove on an outer peripheral surface are arranged opposingly and several ten pieces of the annular body 2 are inserted into the grooves of the rollers and pivoted. A bead wire 5 may be completed by covering an outer peripheral surface of a group of the annular body 2 after bundled with a covering member 4 such as a covering metallic plate, a fine metallic wire, a rubber covering chord or a rubber.
