Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve the function of the superconductive coil containing tank by hermetically forming the tank body integrated annularly with U-shaped cross section and an annular cover with epoxy resin, integrally projecting into the interior of the body, and forming a projection having spacer function and reinforcing function. CONSTITUTION:A superconductive coil containing tank body 23 is made of epoxy resin, formed in U-shaped cross section, entirely integrated annularly to contain annular coil and cryogenic refrigerant therein. An annular cover 24 made of expoxy resin is hermetically formed at the opening of the body 23, and projections 25-28 having spacer function and reinforcing function integrally projected into the inner surface of the body 23. In this manner, the tank can be easily assembled and disassembled to improve largely the mechanical strength and sealing completely so as to enhance the function as a containing tank.
