Abstract

PURPOSE: To allow a small amount of energy further with a simple construction to perform a generating operation utilizing a temperature difference of sea waters, by providing an enclosed media path, steam generator, generating turbine, condenser and air foam pump.
CONSTITUTION: An enclosed media path 12, in which liquid media of relatively low boiling point are circulated, is prepared. A steam generator 14 for gasifying said liquid media and a condenser 16 for condensing the media are provided. In the steam generator and the condenser, two air foam pumps 18, 20 are arranged respectively for pumping up to feed sea waters near the sea level or deep under the sea water. The liquid media are evaporated in the steam generator 14, to which sea water at high temperature near the sea level is fed, to drive a generating turbine, condensed and liquefied in the condenser 16 to which sea water at low temperature deep in the sea water is fed. In this way, a generating operation can be performed by utilizing a temperature difference of the sea waters.
