Abstract
PURPOSE:To eliminate the necessity of water supply source and to minimize possibility for a device to be soaked into water even at the time of damage of pipeline, by composing a cooling water pipeline of a laser device, a laser hand and a closed pipeline passing a radiator. CONSTITUTION:A laser light source device has a laser head 1 equipped with a laser tube 7 and discharges laser light in proportion to discharge current controlled by a laser light source driving power source 3. The head 1 and the power source 3 are equipped with cooling water pipeline 4 for passage of water for cooling of these equipments. This pipeline 4 is composed of a closed pipe, and a part of this pipeline 4 is provided with a radiator 5. This radiator 5 cools off the cooling water which was warmed up by the power source 3 and the head 1. By doing this, necessity of providing a water source can be eliminated and, even at the time of occurrence of damage on a part of the pipeline, cooling water flowing out from the damaged section of the pipeline can be maintained at a fixed (or constant) volume, and therefore, possibility for the device to be soaked into water can be minimized.
