CONSTITUTION: A T-valve 16 is laid at a halfway of a hose 18 which supplies a coolant and a vessel 10 is connected with the hose 18 through a hose 14. A pressure switch 30 which closes when the coolant is in a low pressure and opens when the coolant is in a high pressure and a thermal switch 35 which closes when temperature of the coolant is high and closes when temperature of the coolant is low are mounted at an inside of the vessel 10. The pressure switch 30 and the thermal switch 35 are connected with a latch 44 and a warning device 42 is operated when the coolant is in a low pressure and high temperature.
