Abstract
PURPOSE: To prevent the thermal rising of a ultralow temperature fluid in a titled valve to be used for liquid helium or other fluids by preventing the heat given to a movable disk and a vacuum thermal insulation cylinder from being transmitted to a valve spindle and a valve body by virtue of long thermal insulation connecting members and thermal insulation holders.
CONSTITUTION: The temperature of a valve body 100 is equalized with that of ultralow temperature fluid. Since a vacuum thermal insulation cylinder 200 is placed in the air, a screw part 30b of the second thermal insulation connecting member 30 and a screw part 41a of the second thermal insulation holder 41 are almost in the normal temperature. The heat in the normal temperature is successively transmitted to the second long thermal insulation connecting member 30, the first long thermal insulation connecting member 26, a bolt 27, a cylindrical member 25, and a valve spindle 1. Similarly, the heat in the normal temperature is successively transmitted to the second long thermal insulation holder 41, the first long thermal insulation holder 43, a cylindrical member 28,a guide box 19, and the ultra- low temperature fluid. This construction serves to limit the transmission of the heat, and prevent the thermal rising of the ultralow temperature fluid.
