Abstract
A refrigerating circuit for liquids, is provided comprising a heat exchanger-evaporator (4) consisting of a coil of at least two concentric pipes (5, 6) within which run in opposite directions a coolant and a liquid to be treated, respectively. The whole is enclosed within an insulating housing 4 in order to avoid heat transfer with the ambient air. The particular shape of the subject exchanger-evaporator (4) allows the temperature to be controlled by at least one thrust meter (9), instead of the commonly used thermostats.
