Abstract
PURPOSE: To recycle municipal waste and industrial refuse as compost, toilet paper and other products, by sorting them out into wet refuse, dry refuse, metals, cloth chips, and miscellaneous refuse by crushing, impacting, and centrifugal action, and treating them individually.
CONSTITUTION: Municipal waste and industrial waste are charged into a rough sorter, and separated into wet refuse, dry refuse, metals, cloth chips, and miscellaneous refuse by crushing, impacting, centrifugal force and air blow actions. The wet refuse, removed of iron contents, is humidified to moisture content of about 40W50%, and granulated, mixed with ventilating materials, and prepared into fertilizer in square bar form. The wet refuse crushed to fine chip is after cleaning, sectioned, and divided into separable matter and inseparable matter, and the separable matter is used as toilet paper or core paper, and the inseparable matter is used as U-groove, dust bin or plate materials. Metals are recovered and regenerated, the cloth chips are made into swab or waste cloth, and miscellaneous refuse is reused as solid fuel bars or aggregate for reclamation.
