Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve the reactivity and fluidity of materials and make the thickness of the outside skin layer of the molding even by applying high frequencies to the mixing chamber in the mixing part and the portions including the mixed liquid channel in the heating part thereby heating the liquid-form mixed-materials instantaneously. CONSTITUTION:The polyol 1a which has high chemical reactivity and the isocyanate 1b reacting with the polyol are circulated in pipes 9a, 9b through the grooves 10 provided in the piston 12 in the mixing part 7 of a mixer 2a by liquid feed pumps 6a, 6b. At the mixing of the materials and injecting the mixture into a molding mold, the piston 12 is retreated by a hydrualic cylinder 13 to let the materials be collided and mixed in the mixing chamber. Next, the high frequencies from a high frequency generator 5 are applied to the mixed raw materials in the coupling pipe 15 by way of a high frequency waveguide 14 and the piston 12 is advanced to inject the raw materials in the mixing chamber into a molding metal mold 3c, where the materials are hardened, whereby the molding is obtained.
